RealEstate4U has been established by Harold Wolf, a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Finance and Property Advisor and Registered Buyers’ Agent with over 12 years of experience in the property market.

His start in the property industry began as a mortgage broker under the AFG banner and he helped many of his clients finance their property investments.

Advancing into property sales he began his career as a real estate agent with Century 21′s investment property division.

A period of 4 years in residential property sales on Sydney’s Lower North Shore and in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs followed after the property investment market went quiet in late 2003.

Learning the tricks of the trade of a traditional real estate agent was a valuable experience and helps in property negotiations now but Harold preferred to resume the consulting work with property investors.

As a holder of a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Real Estate Licence he has specialised in property investment advice and provides a common sense, mathematical and analytical approach to real estate investment.

“Having bought and sold properties in the past it became obvious that most property purchasers, especially property investors, had no real representation of their needs and interests in any way.
